This is deffinatley the place to dance in Burlington and vrings such a variety of people! The service is great and the staff is trustworthy! I once left a 280 dollar Oakley backpack and they put it aside for me and kept it for almost a week and a half
Before I could walk away, her friend -- a female member of the staff that with dirty blonde hair -- walked over to me, and said if I keep this up I am going to be thrown out of the club (she refused to give me her name). I said I am not doing anything and was trying to walk away. Suddenly a bouncer walked over to me and escorted me outside of the club.
Seriously overcrowded (to the point of dangerous), the music is gangsta, and the men either grope, grind or push you out of the way. Rude bartenders who ignore you, rude patrons, people fed way too much alcohol, people fighting... have nothing good to say about this place.
If this bar wants to treat its customers this terribly fine, I will not be giving it my business. First, we are in a crowded club and call me crazy, but you are going to bump into people. Second, I don't like being threatened because a defensive woman knows someone that works at the club.
The same DJs, playing the same songs, all weekend, every weekend... For the last 2+ years. You could be so much better.
On an early Friday morning (November 3rd 2017) at approximately 12:51 AM, I was making my way through the club and bumped into a woman. She started saying I was touching her, and tried to explain not I wasn't.
I would recommend people reconsider going to this bar until Red Square learns to treat people with an iota of respect, and not with such a knee jerk reaction to the smallest thing. You may not be able to control every situation, but hell, you treated me like dirt, and I won't be returning.
It was one of the first nice evenings of the summer and after a long day of work I was very excited to meet up with some coworkers on Church Street and be able to bring my dog for a drink! We tried out a few places that have outdoor seating, but very quickly decided to leave (that's for another review). Red Square wasn't the first choice (heck, I hadn't been there since college) in fact, it was my last. However, my mind was changed very quickly. I've even gone back since! The staff absolutely went out of their way to make sure my dog had water (one bouncer even refreshed her water). I can't see myself going anywhere else on a nice night when I want to go to Church Street, have a drink, and bring my dog! I highly recommend bringing your dog to the Red Square patio, too.
