When out in Phoenix, renting tanks from a large corporation, I felt like a number, a cog in their wheel. When renting from WDF, everyone knows who you are, and they are helpful. The feeling that you are in Jonathan's basement picking up his equipment is not uncommon. A true Vermont business and experience.
I have found that everything I have asked, needed, or rented has been great with these folks.
