I've been on this 3 times since 2011! Awesome ride across the lake and Port Kent too!
A great historical cruise trip around the place. I went with the family and it was interesting to hear about the history but on a hot day, just the breeze during the cruise ride makes it worth while.
Really nice cruise on the lake, well worth the time to get a bit of background about Burlington & Lake Champlain and see some very pretty views. The ship is very clean and beautifully maintained. My kids (9 and 14) got a bit tired mid-cruise, but got pulled back in and my 14 year old was googling Benedict Arnold to get more background on him!
The boat was clean the staff was friendly, the food was mediocre. The dining area was to loud to be intimate. The band were oblivious to the needs of the people to dance.. They seemed to like playing only music they like.. Usually when people aren't dancing a band will switch and play a slow song... This band only cares about what they want to play. Therefore all and all this was not a good experience...
Fun experience. Great scenery to observe. Fun for the whole family.
Great ride on the cruise. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset with great view of the lake. With alcholic drinks and food on the cruise as well.
The bathrooms were immaculate.
The person working the snack bar was more than happy to give a taste of the wine so I could make a decision which wine to purchase.
The ship didn't seem to wheelchair accessible at all.
