Great place, fantastic location central to everything in Burlington. Cozy atmosphere with a common kitchen space makes you feel like you are on a family location. Proprietor Nancy is a gem!

This was a very nice, very comfortable B&B. Nancy was very kind and could not have been more hospitable. Our room was beautiful and the bed incredibly comfortable. The location can't be beat, nor can the hostess, Nancy.
My fiance and I have stayed at the Sunset House for the past six summers, and we can't wait to go back! Whenever we come, it feels like our home away from home -- the rooms are very comfortable, the kitchenette is lovely, and it just has a delightful homey feel. The only downside is having to share a bathroom, but it's never been a problem. The B&B is close to EVERYTHING in Burlington, which is a huge convenience, as well. If you're looking for a quaint little B&B that is a short walk from downtown Burlington, come to the Sunset House!
