Great location. Beautiful views of the lake. Room service was very slow.
A very nice place to stay. Nice rooms and very nice lobby. The hotel is very close to numerous parks and an amazing bike/running trail that runs along the lake. The hotel has free bikes and I spent four hours out riding. The lounge was also really good. I don't normally eat in hotels, but I had a wonderful turkey club sandwich. The only negative wad the front desk forgot my wake up call...thankfully I was already awake.
Great views of Lake Champlain. If you can upgrade to the panoramic room for a few dollars more it's worth it.
The room was clean and well maintained. The climate control kept the room comfortable. Shower water pressure was low but acceptable. The room decor was modern and appealing with no signs of disrepair. Hotel hallways were clean and well maintained. The lobby is warm and welcoming. The hotel parking lot was difficult to find.
We had a wonderful stay here. Organic, local apples available in the lobby each day (maybe only during the season?). Our sixth floor lake view room had such a stunning view. Looking out the window was better than watching TV!
