Had a wonderful stay here. Accommodations were spotless, Nancy was charming and helpful. Great location, easy walk to downtown. Great lake views from the backyard, which was a nice place to relax and unwind.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Burlington! The most perfect backyard I've ever seen! The views were awesome, the room comfy, the breakfast delicious. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown. The owner Nancy was so sweet. She really cares about her home and guests. Her cookies are amazing too. I wish I was still there! You cannot go wrong staying here!
We can't stop talking about lakeviewbnb. Our bed was comfy, the linens we're soft and sparkling clean as was our bath. Awesome selection for breakfast. Don't miss homemade (with love) muffins and cookies. Then there's the view of the lake. Best of all is Nancy! Owner and hostess who's the best, hands down, in the BNB biz. Can't wait to come back and enjoy again!
The accommodations are cozy and homey, with a beautiful view of Lake Champlain, and the B&B is very walkable from downtown Burlington. Plus, all of the breakfast options are tasty!
My wife and I have stayed here twice and we're looking forward to doing so again!
Nancy was an incredibly hospitable and professional hostess who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. She provided an amazing selection for breakfast, including bagels, homemade muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and juice! She even baked some delicious chocolate chip cookies, which made for a great snack when we got back late at night :) The location of the B&B is unbelievable, as it is conveniently close to Church St. in Burlington and it overlooks Lake Champlain and the mountains. We could not ask for a better place to stay and hope to return in the future. Thanks again, Nancy! You’re the best!
