The locker rooms are carpeted. They have a small selection of cardio machines, and a medium free weight room. Their classes are great. Limited hours.
Very friendly staff and wonderful facility. There's a wide array of cardio and weightlifting equipment.

Spacious clean new and not crowded. Lots of weights and cardio machines. Also has a nice auxiliary room for abs, stretching, etc
Convenient downtown gym. Has all the equipment you need to train and exercise however you want to. Can get busy at peak times so try and work around them if possible.
