I grew up here, used to be less crowded/cleaner, but definitely can't complain about the view.

Enjoy going to this place during the summer. Mostly chat with Bradley from L. L. Bean in learning more about Kayak's. Not great place for a large group of people.

Maybe the most underrated park in Burlington. Leddy Beach is smaller and more mellow than North Beach, and it's free to park. There are no lifeguards or staff at the beach, and it's smaller than North Beach, but it's nice and has the same bathwater shallows as North Beach and Oakledge. There is a large ice arena with a full-size rink, seating, and a practice rink at the park and lots of hiking trails, soccer pitches that get a ton of age group use, as well as tennis and basketball courts.

Best local beach. Sand bars. Free parking. Bike path access. Walking distance from bathrooms and playground and fields.

IT'S FREE!! Best "free" beach in Burlington, VT!! Best beach with park..
