Lovely city park. Great views of Lake Champlain and beautiful sunsets.
Serene lakeside park, with phenomenal view of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains. Easily accessible by the bike path, and a short walk from the Church Street Marketplace. Family friendly, with swings and jungle gym. Picnic if you must, but you would be missing out on the Beansies Bus experience, for burgers and dogs, creemies, and the best French fries in Vermont. Come for dinner, and stay for the unparalleled viewing location for a sunset over lake and mountains.
I grew up Going the and now my kids go there. So its been 30 years of enjoying the bus and concepts and many more things .
Great little park with views. If you plan on driving, paying becomes a bit of a challenge. There's some parking between the police station and the park but other than those ~8 did you need to look for street parking, which is usually available.
