Clean and well lit. Card only system - no quarters
You have to pay cash to get a card to simply use the machines. Did not know this coming in, so after loading all my clothes in the washer, I had to drive to an atm to take out cash so I can pay the stupid 1$ cash fee for a card. Yet once you have the card, you can use your debit/credit card to put money on the wash card. That makes absolutely no sense. Tried calling the business before going to the atm to take out cash for the measly 1$ I needed, and the business phone number doesn't even work! How do you expect to run a 24 hour business with no phone number? Guess you're screwed if you run into a problem, as I found out. To top it all off, I figured since I got cash to buy the wash card that I'd use some of it to pay for my laundry. Cash machine ripped my 10$ bill in half. Worst. Laundry. Experience.
Always do laundry here, it's the best and in 4 years have had no issues till yesterday being thank giving but nobody was there and one of the washers did not work and it took $5.50 from my card than had to move and pay for another. I am a student and full time parent so that 5.50 is a lot of money right now let alone a weeks worth of laundry and would like to have it put back on my registered card. At exact 3:25-3:30PM thank giving day can easily see me pay twice, get mad, try to fix the door which is why is wasn't starting so can easily verfiy, let alone in 4 years and being seen there all the time have never had to complain, but I would appreciate help reloading at least the lost $5.50 pack to my wash card please.
A tad expensive, but being open 24 hours, and not needing quarters makes it quite convenient. It's also not the most attractive location, but I'm not too concerned about that, personally.
Are you a night-owl? This is the spot! Cleanest at 6 AM, but it is open all night and there is a Cumberland Farms just up the road for drinks and snacks.
