I called and expressed my concerns about my house not being locked after a cleaning service had completed their work. I spoke with Robin, operations manager, who indicated that i would hear from the GM; i have not heard from anyone. Robin also mentioned a 'small discount', which i have not seen. A cleaning service has the responsibility of securing the residence when they are finished, otherwise they are 'opening the door' to, at the very least, a very disatisfied customer.
Hired this cleaning service to do a thorough cleaning and was HUGELY disappointed by the quality of their work! What I got was at best a Superficial cleaning and they even left their trash behind. Master bedroom rug wasn't even fully vacuumed. They charged over $700-totally outrageous. They claimed that 5 people cleaned for 4 hours-not quite sure what they were doing-they wouldn't even touch the inside of the dining room chandelier as it is over the table(duh!) and their 3 step footstool can't reach it! Find a different cleaning service!
On 11/2/15, we had a house cleaning by the Maids; when i returned to our house, the front door was wide open, and the Maids were gone! The storm door was closed, but not locked, and the storm door allows complete visibility into the front hallway of our house. Our house was completely open to whoever wanted to walk in and rob us or surprise us when we came home from work.
They are reliable, they come when they say they will. And they get on their hands & knees to clean my kitchen floor. Which is something only our dog would do. Love them!
