My first experience with this business was negative. I went in to Lippa's with a new $4800 Omega watch for re-sizing. The older man who helped me literally tossed the three extra links ($100 apiece) down on the counter. I couldn't believe the carelessness. The watch bracelet was too tight so I went back in, and asked him to readjust it. Clearly annoyed, he exhaled a loud deep sigh. I won't be returning.
Great selection of quality diamonds, and jewelry that appeal to modern tastes. Customer experience is fantastic. Jeff & Mike are real professionals who know their stuff and go out of their way to please.
This place is amazing! The jewelry is unique and pleasantly priced especially for the quality and craftsmanship that you receive with each piece. I love all the estate jewelry they have to. If you are looking for extraordinary pieces this is the place you need to go. The staff is very helpful and helped me with other suggestions for what I was looking for. I adore the pieces I tried on!!!! I will defiantly be back!
Jeff, Mike, and the team at Lippa's are phenomenal! I first visited the store this past spring to start looking at engagement rings for my then girlfriend. Jeff then sourced 5-6 diamonds of my desired cuts and specifications. From there he and Mike helped me design a 100% custom, exquisite ring that my now fiance LOVES. Since then they've helped with numerous watch batteries, clasp replacements, etc.
Bottom line, if you want personal service and high quality product, look no further.
