Decor is cozy. The cafe is situated in an old converted factory complete with a beautiful New England river & picturesque falls out back.
An excellent refuge for vegan's who want brunch. The breakfast sammie was as very good and wont disappoint those looking for a legit breakfast bite. Benedict was great. On a nit-picky technical note the "cashew cream hollandaise sauce" is more cashew cream than hollandaise. Coffee & assorted beverages were A+. Soy & Coconut creamer in the fridge. Surprise benefit: they have fantastic vegan baked goods - donuts, cookies, cinnamon rolls.

I enjoyed a nice quiet plant-based breakfast along the river at Pingala Cafe. It is an out of the way place with a small menu, counter service, and absolutely delicious food and coffee! I tried the ranchero, a large serving of tofu, kale, and beans on corn tortillas, along with their vegan pumpkin bread, all tasted fresh and flavorful! And the service is top notch- friendly and quick! I'll be coming here again next time I visit Burlington!
Love this place wonderful Plant based foods here for anyone! I'm Vegan so I wanted to try this place, and have been back three times. Food so good it helped me convince my fiancee going vegan isn't that hard! So whether your Vegan, or your looking just to eat a bit healthier without sacrificing flavor give this place a try! Nice people, nice view of the river outside, cozy artsy area inside.

Traveling as a vegan can be a pain when you have to tiptoe on a conventional menu, but here I know I can eat everything without worrying!
Really fun vegan menu. I had the Buddha-ful- bowl which was actually amazing. The vegetables were cooked so well that even the straight up broccoli was delicious. Really well balanced-- each component had it's own flavor. The location was beautiful with a view of the river. It was slightly more than I wanted to spend, but otherwise great.
From the service to the food, all is excellent.
