I am so glad to have found Dr. Moore, who has the experience and caring of a country vet, close by in the heart of Burlington. Cats Vermont also offers boarding at a reasonable price. I feel very comfortable knowing that the care of my aging cat is in such good hands.
The office feels as welcoming as lap to a cat. Friendly and professional.
I am surprised that there are any positive reviews of Cats Vermont. I was suspicious of their website that doesn't have anything other than stock photos but unfortunately I didn't listen to my misgivings. Dr. Linda Moore is the most rude, angry, incompetent "professional" I have ever met. She was afraid of my cat when he became wiggly and after trying to force him to submit in a very harsh manner she gave up and started throwing things down on the table. That was it for me, I put my cat back in his cage and left. Read the negative reviews here and elsewhere because they will give you the real story.
Dr. Moore takes such great care of our cats, and the staff are all very friendly!
My cat has a really hard time at the vet. They were great with accommodating her and we're great at keeping her calm through a nail trim and shots. However, the second time was even better. They now get her in without a wait and have the room sprayed with Feliway. She was great and even purred while they trimmed her nails! I wouldn't go anywhere else. So grateful I found someone both my cat and I feel comfortable with.
