Burton staff is ALWAYS super friendly and will go above and beyond to assist a customer. Burton Factory is really fun to visit. My parents were even captivated by the videos playing while we shopped. I love my Burton Supermodel. I wish Burton would bring the Supermodel back into the line up for women. The Supreme boots are the best boots ever! Love Burton products.
Great shop but super awkward when you ask for stickers , they open a catalogue and charge a lot per sticker ... super weird . Great shop anyways ... just don’t ask for sticker !!
We had a tour of the prototype factory. Todd wasn't even working that day but when he heard that we were coming in from Toronto, he came in just to give us a tour. A great experience for the family, we recommend it.
