I had a fantastic Thai oil massage here today, it was my first time trying Jivana. Beautiful space, with a really comfortable and relaxing room to wait and fill out forms in. Friendly receptionist and masseuse. The room where I got my massage was comfortable and low lit, which I like. Relaxing music and the place smelled great. The lotion/oil used also had a great smell, not too overwhelming at all, and also didn't leave a gross residue which I have experienced before.
My actual massage was top notch. My masseuse focused on the areas I asked, but still left enough time to do a full body massage. She worked really well on my hips, which are the underlying cause for a lot of my problems, but in the past most places I have been too mostly ignored them because I assume they weren't comfortable working that close to the buttocks, lol. But she managed to really do great work without ever making me feel uncomfortable or exposed. I would definitely recommend Jivana and return here!

Gonna go full experience for my partner, money doesn't really matter. Didn't have a pleasant phone experience. I did ask in the beginning if she(maybe the owner?) had a quick sec to ask about how packages worked since I know nothing about them and was driving. Maybe the she was having a bad morning, she was very short and kind of rude. Cut me off to say, "go to the website." Not my expectation of relaxation spa. There's other spa's around. I'll go there. Maybe I'll give them a shot next time. Maybe just an employee, if that's correct than value this review appropriately.
I had a wonderful prenatal massage at Jivana yesterday. My massage therapist, Tasha, was knowledgeable about what is going on in my pregnant body and also very intuitive about what I needed. She was willing to chat, and also comfortable with silence. Great balance, very relaxing - I will book with her again!
Wow, wow, wow! Cannot say enough good things about this spa! I love the atmosphere, it's calm and relaxing and smells amazing. I've had several massages, every time the therapists listened to my needs (I'm a bit squeamish). Udorin is my face. Facials are to die for. I didn't even know my skin could look like it does now, Erin is literally the best! I haven't been wearing make up for a week (Erin gave me the advice to let my skin breath and heal) and I've actually been complimented on my appearance. The receptionists are always friendly and are quick to offer fresh tea and water, both delish. Just heard they added hair services to their menu and I cannot wait to try them out. I have a balayage and shadow root (never heard of that, but it sounds intriguing) booked for next week. Jivana is my go to for relaxation. I will be buying gift cards for my family members for the holiday season and I recommend you do as well! So grateful to have discovered this haven.
