And my dog's "haircut" is always well done. He can even be a bit of a squirmer if he does not want to be somewhere, he likes to wiggle around until he can get away. Never had an issue with him not getting good service.

Don't pay attention to those negative nellies, they complain about everything everywhere they go. Iv'e been going to Pampered Pets for many years and I will always get lot's of love when I go. They're PAWSATIVELY awesome.
Total nightmare. Took my Persian cat in for a lion cut. I told them to let me know if he freaked out (he's a cat!). Per my vet's instructions, I also left a 1/2 table of Benadryl. Short story... an hour later I called and they said to pick him up. He had blood on the side of his mouth and his right, front paw was also bloody. They still charged me full price (didn't do his ears, didn't bathe or dry him, screwed up his nails). The young woman said "sedate him next time" and turned her back to me and walked away after I signed the charge slip. They should be closed!!! BTW, my cat had been groomed at two locations in RI with no more than the Benadryl and was fine.
I've taken my dog Lola here multiple times and she's a little bit shy but every time I have taken her here for a bath and nail trimmings they've been so great with her and gotten the job done in an hour or less. When I come back to pick her up everything is done perfectly and Lola leaves happy so I leave very satisfied! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their dog or cat the works for a great price! Thanks for taking care of Lola for me while she's there and keep up the great work guys!
As with human hairdressers, you can't expect the groomer meet your complete expectations the first time around. Be patient, communicate with your groomer and forget the drama; it's only fur - it grows back!!!
We are completely satisfied with the great work these nice people do. After much frustration and our Yorkie being woman/manhandled by two other groomers in town, we have found a home at Pampered Pet and will never go anywhere else!!
There are some negative reviews here but I can tell you I have a 15 pound Yorkshire Terrier who LOVES going here. He gets super excited when we drop him off and he is always in a very good mood when we pick him up. I can't speak to other people's experiences but I have had nothing but positive.
