I see some people talk about how not clean it's, that's true, but I think irrelevant !! It's just a parking lot..
While conveniently located, this parking garage has deteriorated significantly over the past 10 years that I've been using it. The stairwells are dingy and rusty. Worst of all, metal barricades have been randomly place at various locations, blocking sections of parking spaces and blocking the entrance to some sections, for no obvious reason. The signage is so confusing at the barricades that when trying to find an exit recently, we inadvertently ended up driving the wrong way against ongoing traffic on level 3.
Clean parking garage, easy access and perfect spot for downtown Burlington, free on Sundays!
The only problem with this parking lot is that it's not always available. It gets packed in holidays..

Great location and short term parking rate (zero).
Could be cleaner, better lit...but it, like the other city lots, has 2 free hours. And the location is a viable alternative to the lot up top.
