I am writing this review so any potential moving clients won’t make the same mistake. I opted for a less expensive source that did not communicate effectively with me. They left me hanging on the day of the big move. No return phone calls, texts or emails. I was in a rut! One quick call to Josh and Booska and they were able to recover my day with in a couple of hours. The movers were super friendly and efficient. The price was on point and Josh’s professional demeanor helped to calm my nerves on a stressful day.
The two men you sent to accomplish this move were great. They were very professional and very efficient. At the same time they were light hearted and with a good sense of humor. Since all of the equipment we received is in excellent condition it will do well to replace some of our ageing and worn machinery. Much of our tools and equipment came to us as donations which helps us sustain our program. The District supplies us with very little so we almost depend on these situations.
Joe and his team got me moved from South Village to my new home home in great time and with everything I've unpacked so far in great shape! I could not have asked for better, faster, or more professional! Excellent communication, hard work done well, the biggest and smallest items were wrapped with care, my expectations are exceeded! Where it's said moving is really one of life's most challenging events, Booska made it very manageable; Joe made it all happen--terrific job!
My experience with moving was excellent . They were later than planned but I knew that had to do with the construction on RT 7 in Charlotte /North Ferrisberg so wasn't worried. I was surprised when they pulled up and there was a woman driving and I remembered you had told me it was a 3 man job. My fears were quickly over when I saw this woman lift and move everything with apparent ease. The workers were competent and very friendly and were helpful and got along great with each other.
I am extending a gracious thank you for assisting us through our dilemma last week. We did not want to lose the opportunity to obtain the equipment that was donated to Lely HS Construction Academy. Unfortunately we no longer have a vehicle available to us and must rely on the School District for requests like this. That involves an arduous bureaucratic process and in this case time was of the essence since the donor needed to remove the equipment to accommodate remodeling. This process did require a truck and especially with a lift gate.
They got the job done! Lesson learned: don’t go for cheap, go for the best! Good prices and awesome service! Thanks, Booska!
