A little off the bill along with a "I'm sorry that happened." would have made a HUGE difference. NOT, "that's an exaggeration (for the 2nd time). Very sad that a local, long time business will never get my business again.

Week1: Called to be told they had keys and got quote - arrived NO KEYS, had to order (okay it happens, prepaid for keys).
They charged me almost $100.00 more than quote and told me the 3 hour wait was an exaggeration (seriously! like we don't know how long we waited). VERY VERY VERY disappointed. Could have gone to Automaster! It would have been cheaper and a better experience.
