Very helpful, great selection (more limited then big box stores, but I find they always have at least one option of what I need) and very friendly staff. If you live in the NNE this is a great place to swing by for any DIY project.
Fastener prices often beat Home D & Lowes and they have an awesome selection of hardware. Ace is a good chain and Bibens is everything you could want in a hardware store.
I really like the personal help the staff provides. I have known them for years, and trust their advice. Prices are very competitive, and convenience is a bonus!

Great staff always helpful. One and only complaint is that they do occasionally close early on saturdays with out any notice. Granted it's usually only by 10 minutes or so, but still annoying.
