My car nearly exploded as I arrived in Vermont on Friday, only there for the weekend and with big plans Monday night I thought I was screwed! But handys was referred to me by another shop, and they were awesome! Car was done in no time staff was beyond friendly (shout out the dispatch guy) and cars running like a gem, if I ever breakdown in Vermont again I'm not going anywhere else
Professional, knowledgeable, prompt! Shane, one of the technicians, was fast to come via AAA to help tow my car. He also suggested that I not get my car home, then have to tow it again, but to take it directly to Subaru so it could be serviced, saving me time and money. Made a bit of a nightmare into an efficient and easy transaction. Shane deserves a raise!
Sunday morning and I've got a bad rear tire. Who's going to be open to help. I read a bunch of the mixed reviews and didn't know what to expect especially not being from the area but I had to get my tire fixed in order to get home so I gave them a shot. I don't write reviews very often but I've got to say these guys were great. 8:00 am on a Sunday morning and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Got me fixed up and on my way in no time. Very reasonable on the cost as well. Moral of the story I guess is there is usually two sides to a review so don't always believe just one side of a negative one.
This place has been a life saver for us. Our famille was on a camping trip and our van battery died...David and his towing truc from Handy's was the only guy that responded to our call on a Friday evening...the towed it and fixer it the next day (Saturday). Charlie and his team are #1!!!!
I had them put a tail pipe on for me, they put it on crooked and before I left I checked it and showed them my muffler was hitting my heat sheild. They wouldn't fix it, they said it would be fine. We'll it rattled and scraped up my muffler. I brought it back and they said they fixed it. I still hear rattling tho. I guess I'll take it to someone who knows what there doing.
