I purchased a sectional two years ago and within 9 months one of the corner section seats started to develop a space or hole in the cushion. I contacted them and was given a replacement since it was within the year warranty. The fabric was slightly different but we dealt with it.
I guess I expect better quality when spending $2200.00 on a piece of furniture and I am disappointed that it hasn’t held up.

Nice furniture... very expensive compared to other places.
Now another corner is having the same issue and it’s not in warranty any more.
They need to stay open late one night a week for people that work
