I had a thyroidectomy and neck dissection from thyroid cancer. Dr. Silverman was excellent, he explained everything to me in full detail. I had a very good surgery experience. And he and his staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his services.
Doctor Silverman was wonderful. His staff, not! My husband had a 1:30 appointment. We come from Waddington, NY...3 1/2 hours away. We ran into some delays along the way. So, we got behind. We were 24 miles from the doctor's at 1:15. So, I called the office to tell them we'd be late and was told that they'd have to cancel our appointment and reschedule it. After we had driven all that way!!! How many times have we sat and waited for the doctor??? AND, how many people are considerate enough to call to say they will be late?? I have fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease, so traveling is rough for me. Harry will not be going back there. Thank you Cora for you lack of consideration.
