Stopped by for an estimate. Was spoken down to in the explanation of the process by whoever it was I met (did not introduce themselves; pretty unprofessional). While I am not knowledgeable on the subject of auto body work, I'm not stupid. They looked at my car, pointed out the issues and said, it "depends on what I want to do" without expressing the options.
Mechanics worked under budget and ahead of schedule. Got great work on my car for an "affordable" rate.
These guys are great! They were fast, friendly and easy to work with. They handled the claim with my insurance company and my truck looked good as new after the repair! I hope not to get into another accident again, but if I do I'll definitely return to Burlington Collision.
