During the recent blizzard 89 Taxi came to our rescue. Not only were they the only company willing to come out, they insisted on charging the standard amount even after being offered a premium. (I was fully expecting to pay at least double.) Professional, courteous, and unfazed even when he got stuck on snow - got my niece to her job safely and we are very grateful.
