Everyone was so polite there but I had gotten highlights and I didn't get what I expected. I showed the girl what I wanted with my hair and gave me the opposite of what I wanted and my hair is completely falling out every time I brush my fingers through my hair or comb it. I did not pay $110 dollars for my hair to look like complete crap.

I've been their customer for over 10 years and can't say enough wonderful things about their courtesy or service. Kathy, the owner, is so patient with older adults and is the life of the party on many days.
